Return and Cancellation Policy

Classroom-Based Instruction

  • Refunds: Fully refundable up to seven (7) days prior to the scheduled class date, less a $50 processing fee. Requests must be made in writing via email.
  • Non-Refundable: Registrations canceled less than seven (7) days before the scheduled class date are non-refundable.

If a class is canceled due to instructor storm deployment, a 100% refund will be issued. Students are responsible for travel arrangements and associated costs.

Minimum participation is required for classes. If a class is canceled, students may either transfer to another scheduled class or receive a refund limited to the amount paid for the class.

COVID/Pandemic/Force Majeure Policy

No-shows or cancellations due to pandemics or government actions are subject to standard cancellation policies. Reschedule requests made prior to the 7-day cutoff are allowed without transfer fees, but only one transfer per registration is permitted.

Online-Based Instruction Terms and Conditions

  1. Right to Cancel:
    You have the right to cancel your registration prior to your initial login to the training website. Cancellation requests must be submitted to Adjuster Academy of Texas via phone or email. Upon approval, the full tuition amount, less a $50 processing fee, may be refunded. Alternatively, tuition may be applied to a future classroom course.

  2. Account Validity and Duration:
    All online training registrations are valid for a total period of one hundred eighty (180) days from the date the user account is created. User accounts will automatically expire and be deactivated after six (6) calendar months from the creation date.

    If no activity is recorded on a user account for a consecutive period of ninety (90) days, the registration will be deemed forfeited, and the account will be permanently deleted.

  3. Refund Policy:
    a. Initial Login: No refunds will be issued once the user logs into the training website provided at registration.
    b. Non-Usage: No refunds will be granted due to lack of use by the student if two (2) weeks or more have elapsed from the account creation date, regardless of whether or not the student has logged into the site.
    c. Force Majeure: Refunds will not be granted due to circumstances beyond the Academy’s control, including but not limited to pandemics, government-mandated actions, outbreaks of notifiable diseases, or similar events.
